Providing a smooth and relaxing service is our commitment to you. To ensure timely service to all of our guests, we ask that you kindly check in 15 minutes prior to the start of any treatment. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will try our very best to accommodate every guest, however, depending upon circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. |

About Your Visit |

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings. As many of our spa services require bare skin and freedom of motion, we graciously request that our guests refrain from wearing jewelry to skin care, nail care and massage appointments.
The Spa is a means of retreat. Please leave cell phones, laptops and beepers at home.
We love children at Transcendence Spa, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them at the present time. Guests must be at least 13 years of age. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult and/or have written consent of a parent or guardian.
Transcendence Spa is honored to accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks at our facility. We regret that we are unable to accept personal checks on-line at this time. |

Medical Conditions |

At TranscendenceSpa, your comfort and well-being is our first concern. Prior to any service, please alert us to any special medical condition, allergies or prescription medications you are taking that may be contraindicated for certain services. A clean and hygienic environment is of utmost importance. We thoroughly sterilize all of our treatment areas and equipment with the most up to date methods. |

Cancellation / No Show Policy |

Please extend a 48 hour notice when canceling multiple services. For cancellation of a single service a 24 hour notice must be given. If proper notice is not given, the value of your gift certificate will automatically be reduced or your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service. If no notice is given, and you fail to honor the appointment, the certificate will be declared void or credit card will be charged for full value of services. When canceling an appointment, please record the name of our customer service representative. |

Gratuities |

Gratuities are not included in the price of any service, package or gift certificate. For those
wishing to show appreciation for a job well done or a service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out. The industry averages are from 15-20% of the service fee. |

Business Days: Wednesday-Sunday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Order processing: Orders received between Wednesday-Friday are usually processed that same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday will be
processed by the close of business on Wednesday.
Shipping Options: We offer shipping through the United Parcel Service of America (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Signature may be required upon delivery. Please be sure to specify USPS for P.O. Box deliveries, since UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Costs: There is a standard delivery and processing fee of $5.25 for Spa and Yoga Gift Certificates.

Gift Certificate Policy |

All orders received Monday-Friday after 4pm will not be processed until the following business day.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or used for gratuities.
Gratuities may not be included in gift certificates.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates must be presented before services are rendered.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on multiple services and a 24 hour cancellation policy on single services. If proper notice is not given, gift certificates will be reduced by 50%.
Guest under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
Gift Certificates are non-transferable.
Gift Certificates may be used for SPA SERVICES Only.
The recipient of the gift certificate may substitute the purchased service(s) for another if it is their preference. |
